This did well with an amuse-bouche of sliced head cheese (Its name notwithstanding, it's not dairy, but a terrine or meat jelly made from the head), with a light touch of creamy aioli and a sliver of
cornichon.
Served simply with capers,
cornichon and a dill sauce, the portion size was huge and the quality of the fillet was exquisite.

Earlier this year, the Doughnut Project in New York City teamed up with the late Carnegie Deli for a "Reuben Doughnut Sandwich," with a caraway seed doughnut sandwiching pastrami, Swiss cheese, apple slaw and a Russian dressing glaze with a

Vegetarians will go for the Lakshmi Singh or Ira Glass, while carnivores can savor the Audie Cornish ham stack with cheddar, honey butter, and
cornichon vinaigrette.
To complement our drinks we were offered a trio of canapes, consisting of cream cheese and smoked salmon with lemon aioli (garlic flavoured mayonnaise); duck pate with
cornichon and a risotto ball filled with Welsh blue cheese.
Cornichon, dill pickle, Diddy Men's cucumbers - all fine.
And for savoury and salty pairings, include Marcona almonds,
cornichon pickles or Kalamata olives.
Suli's roast beef, salami and pepperoni with sundried tomato wasn't bulky at all, it was the right amount of each slice of meat and the sundried tomato paste along with the
cornichon and chopped mozzarella made the mix just right and very tasty.

In Square One, the Parma Ham with Crispy Pork Rillette,
Cornichon and Truffle Mayonnaise make a delightful start to the meal.
